Your order is only accepted once Zerelya confirms it. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Zerelya may not be able to honor a cancellation request after your order has been accepted. In the event we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided during the ordering process.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

ARTICLE 4 - PRICES AND INVOICING

We will notify you in the event of a claim subject to indemnification, provided that failure to provide timely notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by such failure. Delivery

Orders placed on a business day before 3:00 PM will be handed over to our parcel service that same day. In most cases, this means you'll receive your order the next business day.

Please note: during busy periods (such as holidays or sales), delivery times may vary slightly.

Not liable for delays

While we make every effort to ship your order on time, we are not liable for any delays incurred by the delivery service. These delivery times are indicative and may vary under certain circumstances (such as sorting errors, weather conditions, or carrier overload).

Return

Is your order not quite what you expected? Don't worry – at Zerelya, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. After registering, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Please note: you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return in good order, we will refund the full purchase price – including the original shipping costs.

NB:

You are responsible for returning your package via a shipping company of your choice. To avoid problems, we recommend always using a track & trace code.

If a product is damaged due to use or careless handling after receipt, we may charge a depreciation fee. Therefore, please ensure you handle your products with care.

Pick up at post office/service point

If you choose to collect your package from a post office or service point, please make sure you collect it within 7 days, as it will be returned after that.

If the package isn't picked up, we'll record it as uncollected and charge a €20 administration fee. The remaining amount will be refunded via the payment method you used.

Want to cancel your order? First, collect the package and register it for return within 14 days of receipt. You then have another 14 days to return the package to us. This way, you avoid being marked as "uncollected."
